The investigation revealed a 2001 Saturn, being driven by 52 year-old, John F. Flugel, from 505 Pratt Street in Fulton, was traveling northbound on State Route 48 at approximately 8:21pm when he failed to negotiate a curve, lost control and went off the east shoulder of the roadway.
