It was previously held by Ireland’s Eamonn Keane (40,752.5 pounds). This record is dedicated to the needs of our veterans at the Syracuse VA Medical Center, he said, adding that he is personally donating $2,000 to the VA Voluntary Services. He encourages other to donate as well.
The average temperature last month was 30.5 degrees. That is 6.9 degrees warmer than average. Snowfall was 12.9 inches below average for the month. And, it is 46.4 inches below average for this point in the winter season.

Oswego native and conservative Republican Kellie Greene announced Wednesday night that she will seek the Republican nomination and ultimately the congressional seat in New York’s 23rd district.
Superintendent Bill Crist unveiled the district’s plan to redistrict its five elementary buildings recently to board of education members. On Wednesday he began a series of presentations at the elementary schools. Riley’s home and school association had several questions and concerns for the superintendent.
Fulton Police have charged Kimberly L. Reed, 24 of Division Street in Fulton, with robbing a local video rental store.
