In the police report of the incident, police allege that Dolbear called the mother of Ray Gregory to say that he had seen Gregory early Sunday morning at the Fastrac convenience store in Fulton.

The River Glen Plaza property purchased by the Foundation’s subsidiary consists of the remaining 24.68 acres of land and approximately 124,000 square feet of building. K-Mart and Dollar Tree stores currently occupy approximately 102,000 square feet. Twenty-year-old Anthony Paris of Oswego may be twice as old by the time he gets out of prison after his guilty plea this week to charges of counterfeiting.
Paris is one of four people charged in February with printing phony $10 and $20 bills, passing them at Oswego-area businesses.
