Thomas W. Schneider, President/CEO of Pathfinder Bancorp, Inc., the mid-tier holding company of Pathfinder Bank (NASDAQ SmallCap Market; symbol: PBHC, listing: PathBcp), has announced that the Company has declared a cash dividend of $.03 per share on the Company’s common stock relating to the fiscal quarter ending December 31, 2010.

Fulton City Budget Holds The Line on Taxes But Cuts Jobs
Fulton has a budget for 2011. It does not raise taxes, but cuts jobs. It spends more for worker retirements, takes in less in state aid and cuts every department’s budget a little bit more. Mayor Ron Woodward used the words “pain and sacrifice” to describe the budget.

Oswego School Board Eyes Possible 2% Tax Levy Hike
The Oswego School Board will present its trimmed down version of the 2011-12 draft budget to the administration by the end of the week. According to board vice president John Dunsmoor, chair of the BOE’s finance committee, the tentative budget might include a two percent tax levy increase.
