Congress and the president of the United States have designated today as Peace Officers Memorial Day. In Fulton, Mayor Ronald Woodward has officially designated this week as Police Week in the city. A mayoral proclamation was read into the official minutes of the Fulton Common Council meeting this past week.
The Fulton Police Department is currently looking for a missing Fulton man. Police said James John Bonoffski left his home in Fulton on March 12 and has not returned.
