Mayor Barlow Lifts Stay At Home Order, Reopens Playgrounds

Oswego Mayor Billy Barlow held a Facebook Live announcement today in response to Central New York meeting the criteria to begin phase one of reopening.  Barlow said with this in mind, he has decided to lift the Stay At Home, Stop The Spread Order and to reopen parks, playgrounds and city amenities and public areas effective tomorrow at 5.

Oswego County Distributes Absentee Ballot Applications To Eligible Primary Voters

The Oswego County Board of Elections announced today, May 14, that all Oswego County voters eligible to vote in the upcoming primary election on Tuesday, June 23 will soon receive an application to request an absentee ballot, in accordance with Governor Cuomo’s executive order number 202.26 issued on March 7.
