Frederick H. Caswell, Sr., 81, of Fulton died Tuesday.

Melvin “Mel” MacEwen, 73, of Fulton died Saturday.

Carol Ann Haws, 82, of Fulton, died Thursday.

James N. Duell, 68, of Oswego went home to be with the Lord on November 18, 2010.
