Fulton Mayor Ron Woodward’s Address on the 2010 Budget
Tonight I present the proposed 2010 budget with cautious optimism. The process for the 2011 budget has already begun and it will be challenging but I look forward to working with the Common Council and members of the public to share ideas that will help us through our these difficult times in our City, our State and our Country. We are in it together.
