The 2018 racing season kicks into high gear this Saturday, May 5 when Ferris Mowers presents the fastest, family entertainment value in Central New York at the Fulton Speedway. On the race schedule is the Tracey Road Equipment DIRTcar 358 Modifieds, SUNY Canton DIRTcar Sportsman, Billy Whittaker Cars & Trux RUSH Late Models and the E&V Energy Novice Sportsman.
Less than a month away from the track’s 68th season opener, Oswego Speedway officials have released the time schedules for all weekly ‘Road to the Championship’ events in 2018 featuring the Novelis Supermodified and Pathfinder Bank SBS divisions.
Joe Gosek has been a fan favorite at Oswego Speedway since making his first Supermodified start back in the 1980 season. 39 years later and 62 years young, Gosek will be back for the 68th consecutive season of racing at the ‘Big O’ and certainly hungry for more following one of the “best few months of his career” which took place in 2017.
We came out very hard vs. hosting Auburn on Thursday. We played them a few days before and for the first 20 minutes of the game we were not far behind them. We were matching them in shots and defensively keeping pace with them. The second half we did not take care of the ball offensively as much as we needed to.

WFO Motorsports will hold a chicken BBQ fundraiser party to benefit driver Lou LeVea Jr. on April 28 from noon to 5 p.m. at Floody’s Sports Bar, 2095 State Route 48, Fulton.
Pathfinder Bank SBS veteran and 2012 Bud Light Classic 75 champion Cameron Rowe will host his chicken BBQ fundraiser for the No. 77 Small Block Super team on April 28 at Lighthouse Lanes in Oswego. Rowe’s fundraiser will run from 1 – 6 p.m.
Following the exciting announcement that Oswego Speedway’s concession stands will get a makeover this season as new food vendors Cam’s NY Pizzeria, Dino’s House of Burgers, and Skip’s Fish Fry will bring their award winning menus to the ‘Steel Palace’ in 2018, one of those vendors is in the running for a pretty big honor that covers all of New York State.
