With the return of independent front suspension to the Novelis Supermodified regulations at Oswego Speedway in 2016, several teams have gone back to the drawing board including those at Hawk Chassis and Syrell Racing.
Speed Sport and Oswego Speedway are again teaming together to broadcast an impressive seven-race schedule from the “Steel Palace” in 2016 as part of the award-winning Suzuki presents Speed Sport on MAVTV.

In another announcement from the Graham Racing Supermodified stable, Ohio Supermodified ace Tim Jedrzejek will join the Graham fleet for Oswego Speedway’s 66th season opener on May 14, in search of his first career Novelis Supermodified feature victory.
Oswego Speedway will again provide ample camping space for race fans at all regular season events in 2016, located at the bottom of the Albany Street/Nolan Swift Memorial Drive hill in the flats camping lot. Weekend camping at all regular season events will be open from Friday to Sunday, for a $20 fee. Weekend only campers must clear the lot by end of day on Sunday.
The Brewerton and Fulton speedways would like to welcome JB Logging & Firewood as the title sponsor for the exciting Four-Cylinder Stocks at both tracks for the 2016 racing season.
The Oswego Speedway Eagles Fan Club is bringing back a pre-season chicken BBQ for 2016, to be held on Sunday, March 20, at Lighthouse Lanes in Oswego, helping to fund additional weekly driver awards for the coming year in the Novelis Supermodified and Pathfinder Bank SBS divisions.
Oswego Speedway Small Block Super veteran Barry Kingsley will display his Team Tapout No. 91 Pathfinder Bank SBS racer in the ‘Steel Palace’ booth as a part of the Finger Lakes Speed World Show at the Finger Lakes Mall in Auburn on March 19 and 20.
Supermodified car owner Chris Osetek has been busy this winter in his Statesville, NC, shop building a new supermodified for driver Keith Shampine to wheel at Oswego Speedway in 2016.
