Coming into Saturday night Larry Wight held a 20 point lead over Jimmy Phelps in the Fulton Speedway standings. At the end of the 35-Lap Tracey Road Equipment DIRTcar Modified feature Wight increased his lead with a dominating performance on Sunoco Fulton Ethanol Facility night.

The penalty comes as a result of intentional contact with fellow championship contender Dave Gruel during the lap 16 caution period for a stopped Brandon Bellinger in the July 5 Supermodified Grand Prix. Just eight races into the 2014 Pathfinder Bank Small Block Super season at Oswego Speedway, four different drivers have reached victory lane for the first time, collecting five total main event victories between them. Oswego High School standout Anthony Losurdo, Mike Bruce, Jon Tesoriero, and now third generation driver Alex Hoag have all joined the Speedway’s all-time Pathfinder Bank Small Block Super win list with victories in 2014.

The annual RJ Kart Sales King of the Kartway championships took place at Oswego Kartway on Friday night with Ricky Pritchard and Paul Fountaine each reaching victory lane twice.
