The varsity golf team finished fourth place in post season action and sent some of its members to the state event while the girls volleyball team bounced back over Fayetteville-Manlius, the swimming team remained unbeaten and the tennis team completed the regular season.

The Oswego golf team captured the league title while the Lady Bucs swimmers continued to cruise in the pool. Meanwhile, the varsity tennis team celebrated on senior night with a victory and the volleyball along with cross country teams were in action.

A successful Oswego High School Homecoming Weekend saw the varsity football team win in double overtime, the girls’ volleyball team coming home with a championship and the golf team continuing an unbelievable streak while the mod cross country teams were also doing quite well.

Senior night for the Fulton Varsity Soccer Team will be held on October 8. Come out and support the team at 6 p.m.

The Oswego High School Fall sports season is in full swing and numerous teams have been in action the past few days. The Oswego High School varsity boys volleyball team defeated Cicero-North Syracuse in one of the most exciting matches of the year.

The Oswego High School golfers tore up the front nine of the Oswego Country Club while the varsity volleyball teams continued to display their prowess on the court. While the golfers and volleyball teams were successful the swimming team was remaining unbeaten in the pool as the Oswego fall sports season continues.

With the big money races ahead at Fulton Speedway and Brewerton Speedway, Bicknell Racing Products will be a big part of both events at the Fulton Speedway 28th Annual Sunoco-Fulton Ethanol Facility Outlaw 200 Weekend on October 4-5 and the 21st Annual Ferris Industries Hurricane 100 at the Brewerton Speedway (October 10).

With the 28th Annual Sunoco-Fulton Ethanol Facility Outlaw 200 Weekend (October 4-5) presented by SUNY Canton rapidly approaching, the list of awards for the Industrial Tire Of CNY Sportsman Shootout 50 continues to grow. The Fulton Speedway would like to thank those who have donated to highly anticipated race by racers and fans alike.

The halfway leader of the 200 lap event will receive $1,000 cash from Bicknell Racing Products and Pilat Graphic Design Inc. will be giving a complete body-wrap valued at $800 making it worth $1,800 to lead lap 100.
