ARC of Oswego County and Oswego Industries, Inc. Kick Off Wellness Program

On July 5, Arc of Oswego County/ Oswego Industries, Inc. R.N. Heather Williams kicked off a wellness program for the sister nonprofits' participants.  Participants will have the opportunity to win prizes based on healthy lifestyle choices—including eating healthy foods and exercising.  ARC of Oswego County and Oswego Industries, Inc. are sister nonprofits providing services for individuals with disabilities in Oswego County.  Together, the two create a comprehensive service system, so that a person can receive assistance throughout their lifetime – from therapies in infancy and early childhood to Medicaid Service Coordination for school-aged children, recreational and vocational programs for adults to day habilitation services for senior citizens.  ARC of Oswego County has been in operation since 1955, and Oswego Industries since 1968.
