OSWEGO, NY – Members of the Greater Oswego-Fulton Chamber of Commerce celebrated the opening of Oswego’s newest eatery, La Parrilla, with a ribbon cutting ceremony to welcome Chef Ray Jock and La Parrilla to downtown Oswego.
Upon completing culinary school, Chef Jock moved to New York City to pursue his passion.

Following a successful stint as a personal chef, Jock moved back to his hometown of Oswego to fulfill his life-long dream of opening his own restaurant.
Located at 118 W. Second St., La Parrilla is a Mediterranean Style Bistro serving Italian, Spanish and Argentinean cuisine and uses local vendors and local farms for products in its seasonally changing menu.
La Parrilla is open Tuesday through Friday, 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., Saturday from 4 to 9 p.m. and is closed Sundays and Mondays.
