Fairgrieve students earn recognition for respect

Fairgrieve Elementary School recognized students during a recent Morning Express ceremony for their exemplary behavior in showing respect during the month of September.

The recognition is awarded each month to students who exemplify the Fulton City School District’s behavioral expectations, which include being respectful, responsible, safe and a problem solver.

The students were each given a certificate and pencil to commemorate their award on Oct. 21.

Students who earned recognition for showing respect in September included:

kindergarteners Penelope Taylor, Emma Seymour-Wright and Audrina Mendez;

first-graders Bailey DePoint, Mya Carroll and Nicholas David;

second-graders Olivia Miller, Jaime Deleon, Rosalind Taylor and Olivia Bauer;

third-graders Tyler Wilson, Sean Wright and Kalib Bruska;

fourth-graders Abigail Hinman, Caleb Crandall and Adam Paro;

fifth-graders Anthony Lucas, Bryce Carroll and Sammantha McLoughlin;

and sixth-graders Sydney Lawson, Autumn Beechner and Emma Long.
