Kids Day To Benefit Success By 6

OSWEGO, NY – Harbor Towne Gifts & Souvenirs in Oswego will host a special “Kids’ Day” to benefit the United Way of Greater Oswego County’s Success By 6 program.

On Aug. 21 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. children will have the opportunity to spin the Wheel of WOW for a free gift, guess the number of pennies in the jar, with the one whose guess is closest winning the jar of pennies, and enter to win $2 in Kids Kash for use on a purchase of $10 or more, no purchase necessary.

Children will also receive a free frozen treat as they leave.

A portion of the sales at Harbor Towne Gifts & Souvenirs during “Kids Day” will be donated to the Success By 6 program.

An initiative of the United Way, Success By 6 strives to increase the effectiveness of the community to meet the needs of children up to age six and their families.

By sharing information and exploring new collaborations for service delivery, Success By 6 seeks to mobilize resources to ensure all children are physically, socially, emotionally and behaviorally able to learn when entering school.
