FULTON – The Resident Council at Michaud Residential Health Services in Fulton held a food drive collecting non-perishable food items on behalf of the Fulton Salvation Army, anticipating their special need as the holiday season and winter fast approaches.
The Resident Council also held a bake sale in conjunction with the food drive, with the proceeds donated to the Salvation Army.
“Our residents here at Michaud understand the important role the Salvation Army plays in our community and our Resident Council is only too happy to offer our support, especially at this time of year,” said Michaud Resident Council President Roxanne Stuart.
Located in the city of Fulton Michaud Residential Health Services is a not-for-profit healthcare provider offering residential skilled nursing, sub-acute physical/occupational rehabilitation services and specialized services including Infusion Therapy and Wound VAC Therapy. Michaud is a part of the St. Luke Family of Caring, an affiliation of community-based, not-for-profit healthcare providers serving the greater Oswego County area.
