The area is available for students from kindergarten through their senior year, but Study Zone Blitz was for the K-6 students.

During the Blitz, Fierro noted, “We wanted parents to sit down with their child and look at the activities that have been pre-selected for them. Our elementary teachers selected different things for the families to do. A flyer has been sent home to every family and at the completion of the program the tear off sheet was completed and provided us with comments and suggestions that will be valuable in future endeavors.”

Assistant Superintendent of Instruction and Curriculum Cathy Chamberlain was instrumental in the creation of this educational opportunity and Study Zone is widely used by students, parents and educators around the nation as millions of persons have connected and used this educational tool.
