Captain Kevin Brennan, left, a member of the Fulton Rotary Club, invited Major Ron Lugieno, right, of the New York Division of The Salvation Army to speak to the Fulton Rotary Club. The Major has served 35 years in the Salvation Army in various cities in New York State, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. At present, Major Lugieno serves as Public Relations Officer in the Syracuse Division. Major Lugieno reviewed the history of the Salvation Army from its beginning in 1865 in London to present day. Currently the Salvation Army is active in 118 countries of the world.
