PHOENIX,NY – On August 11, 2026, the New York State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation at SP Fulton arrested Bryan M. Wood, 20, of Phoenix, NY, and charged him with Disseminating Indecent Material to a Minor in the First Degree.

The investigation began on July 1, 2026, when State Police received a report of a possible incident involving a juvenile victim in Ohio. Investigators determined that a 12-year-old female had been communicating through a social media platform with an individual she believed to a juvenile male.
