FULTON, NY – Fulton police department has announced a full slate of recent drug and drug-related arrests.
Douglas E. Rogers, 38, of 337 Gilberts Mills Road, Phoenix, was arrested Oct. 13 and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, six counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance and driving while ability impaired by drugs.
Police said Rogers operated a vehicle while his ability was impaired and caused property damage as the result of a motor-vehicle accident. Rogers subsequently failed four field sobriety tests.
During a search of Rogers’ vehicle, police found:
- 1 pill of Suboxone, a schedual III drug
- 28 pills of Mylan AI Xanaz, a schedual IV drug
- 2 pills of M357 Vicodin, a schedual III drug
- 6 pills of GG 257 Xanax, a schedual IV drug
- 1 pill of GG 258 Xanax a schedual IV drug
- 7 pills of E652/15 MS Contin, a schedual II drug
Police said Rogers also knowingly and unlawfully possessed a pipe commonly used to smoke marihuana that contained marihuana residue in the center console of his vehicle.
Ricky L. Clark, 42, of 30 W. Eleventh St., Apt. B-8, Fulton, was arrested Oct. 15 and charged with three counts of fifth-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and one count of endangering the welfare of a child.
Police said Clark allegedly gave a person 10 Hydrocodone pills, a controlled substance, Aug. 29 while at a Hannibal Street residence and another person 10 of the same pills later that day at a residence on Airport Road in the town of Granby. Police said Clark was also accused of giving a juvenile a prescription pill bottle containing 25 Hydrocodone pills that same day while at a Park Street residence.
Police arrested Clark’s girlfriend, Michele A. Halstead, 53, of 415 Hannibal St., Fulton, Oct. 16 and charged her with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
Police said Halstead was accused of possessing 10 Hydrocodone pills Aug. 29 that were prescribed to Clark. Police said Halstead received the pills from Clark.
Clark’s sister-in-law, Sherri L. Clark, 26, of 12 Airport Road, Apt. L4, Fulton, was arrested Oct. 17 and also charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
Police said Sherri Clark was found in possession of 10 Hydrocodone pills, Aug. 29, at an Airport Road residence in Granby. She allegedly received the pills from Ricky Clark.
Joseph M. Mason, 21, of 65-½ W. First St. So., upper apartment, Fulton, was arrested Oct. 15 and charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, third-degree criminal possession of marijuana, second-degree criminally using drug paraphernalia, endangering the welfare of a child and unlawfully possession of marijuana. Police said Mason was accused of unlawfully possessing several narcotics with the intent to sell them, including:
- 60 Methadone tablets, a schedule II prescription drug
- six Oramorph tablets, a brand name for schedule II prescription drug morphine
- 17 seventeen MS Contin, a brand name for the schedule II prescription drug morphine
Mason was also accused unlawfully possessing 8.34229 ounces of marijuana, five pipes containing marijuana residue and a digital scale. Police said the items were stored and used in close proximity to an infant who is under one year old and the child’s bedding.
Chelsea E. Mason, 18, of the same address, was arrested Oct. 16 and charged with endangering the welfare of a child when she allegedly allowed the same child to be in the presence of marijuana and unprescribed controlled substances, and placed the child’s bed in close proximity to the drugs.
Patrick J. Pasho, 54, of 1147 county Route 7, Hannibal, was arrested Oct. 17 and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.
Pasho is accused of possessing a plastic bag containing a small amount of a green leafy substance that is consistent with marijuana and a gold colored metal pipe containing a residue that is consistent with that of burnt marijuana inside his left inside jacket pocket.
Stephanie L. Pasho, 23, of 15 Carter Road, Hannibal, was arrested Oct. 17 and charged with three counts of endangering the welfare of a child. She was accused of leaving a scraping type tool with an open razor blade in an area accessible to several children.
Police said she also knowingly allowed Quentin Lashawn Thomas to occupy her residence and use it to sell of an off-white chunky substance that field tested positive for the presence of cocaine.
