Share Your Snowstorm Pictures

Winter came back, all at once!  As much as two feet of snow fell on Fulton by mid-morning Monday, with similar amounts around the region.

Schools closed and cars got stuck in ditches and on unplowed streets.

I’ll start.  Here’s my front lawn on Sunday, the day before the storm:

Almost no snow left on Jan. 29, 2012 in my front lawn.

24 hours later…

My car, 24 hours later, with two feet of snow on top. So much snow in the road that my snowplow guy got stuck.

From Dick Drosse:

Minetto resident Dick Drosse stuck a ruler outside this morning to keep tabs on the amount of snow falling in the area. By 10 a.m. today (Jan. 30), the falling snow had well eclipsed the height of the ruler. Perhaps a yardstick should have been employed

These next two photos come from a reader who did not leave a name, but left behind a funny headline for the pictures: “…And Doug thought he might do yardwork today…”
