Three Arrested In Connection To Fulton Robbery

FULTON – On November 25, members of the Fulton Police Department responded to the 200 block of W. First St. S. to investigate a robbery, and yesterday and today police arrested three people.

It was reported that a male and female acted in concert with one another to rob the victim at knifepoint, and thereby stole $4,890 from him.

As a result of the investigation, the following people were arrested yesterday, December 3:

Jerry Pizarro, 33 years old, of Fulton

Charges:

  • Robbery 1st – Class B Felony
  • Conspiracy 4th – Class E Felony
  • Grand Larceny 3rd – Class D Felony
  • Criminal Possession of a Weapon 3rd – Class D Felony

Jamie L. Tussey, 33 years old, of Fulton

Charges:

  • Robbery 1st – Class B Felony
  • Conspiracy 4th – Class E Felony
  • Prostitution – Class B Misdemeanor

Both Pizarro and Tussey were transported to the Oswego County Jail for centralized arraignment on December 3.

Also in relation to the robbery investigation, today, December 4, an additional person was arrested – William J. Mitchell, 54 years old, of Auburn.

Charges:

  • Patronizing a Prostitute 3rd – Class A Misdemeanor

Mitchell was released on an appearance ticket returnable to Fulton City Court. According to Fulton Police, no further arrests are anticipated, and there is no known threat to the community at large.
