OSWEGO – Edward Elsner, librarian, Oswego Public Library, walked down to the end of the Yacht Club pier this morning (Jan. 13).
He took these photos before heading to work.

This will be accompanied by westerly winds around 30 to 35 mph, with gusts of 45 mph at times, during the day.
