University Police Charge Two With Criminal Mischief

OSWEGO — SUNY Oswego University Police charged two students with third-degree criminal mischief, a Class E felony.

Police arrested Andre La Fleur, 22, of Putnam Valley, and Nicholas J. LaRocca, 20, of Washingtonville, on Thursday, Nov. 9.

They are both Seneca Hall residents on campus.

They are accused of destroying a wooden bench near Seneca Hall.

The two men are scheduled to appear in Oswego Town Court on Dec. 4.
