  1. Sorry all for this great loss. Loved having him as a teacher and friend. Because of him I will never forget how to spell kwashiorkor. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all.

  2. I am so saddened to hear of Mr. Coffey’s passing. My sympathies go out to his entire family. Mr . Coffee was my master teacher during the fall of 1976. I was his student teacher in sixth grade. He was a wonderful man and I learned so much from him. He was kind but required only the best from his students. He offered a sense of humor, and enjoyed all of his students, and worried about each and every one of them. I have so many memories of Mr. Coffey….and I took many things that I learned from him to my own teaching career of 3o + years . Bless you all.
