  1. My condolences to Anne and family, Bill was a great friend, he will be greatly missed, my prayers are with you all.

  2. My condolences to Bill’s family. We were neighbors on 4th Street. Bill, being 4 years older, was my ticket out of the watchful eye of my parents. I was allowed to go the the Saturday matinees at the Strand theater under his supervision (which he quickly relinquished as soon as we were around the corner). And later he was again the responsible party when summer sent all the kids to Sheldon’s beach to escape the Oswego humidity during many hot afternoons. He was the first person I knew who went into the Service and the first I knew who when to college. Hard memories to forget and nice to have. Thanks, Bill.

  3. Larry and I are deeply saddened to here of Bill’s passing. Our thoughts and prayers are with Anne and her family.
