FULTON, NY – Carmella M. Barnett, 88, of Canandaigua, formerly of Fulton, passed away on Wednesday, March 28, 2012, at the Ontario County Health Facility.
Mrs. Barnett owned Carm’s Beauty Shop in Fulton for many years.
She was predeceased by her husband of 63 years, Joseph Barnett, who died February 28, 2008; and two brothers, Paul and Anthony Firenze.
She is survived by her daughter, Joanne (Larry) Glod Sr. of Canandaigua; grandson, Larry (Karen) Glod Jr. of Macedon; granddaughter, Susan (Paul) Forti of Farmington; five beautiful great-grandchildren, Maverick, Dakota, Melissa, Cassidy and Remington; two sisters, MaryGrace Ranieri of Baldwinsville and Virginia Carioti of Phoenix; brother, Sam Firenze of Annapolis, Md.; several nieces and nephews.
As per her request, there will be no calling hours.
Graveside services will be 10 a.m. Saturday, April 21, at St. Mary’s Cemetery, South Seventh Street, Fulton.

Iam so sorry for your loss. I got to know Carm when I worked for Dr Barber in Phoenix. She was a wonerful lady and will be greatly missed. Sending my thoughts and prayers to you all. May God bless you.
