FULTON, NY – Doreen L. Waugh, 60, of Fulton, passed away on Saturday, October 28, 2017, at Oswego Hospital.
She was born on May 8, 1957, in Fulton, a daughter to the late Willard and Myrtle Harris Emerson.
Doreen loved playing her games on the computer, but above all enjoyed spending time with her family.
She was predeceased by first husband, William Peck; and a sister.
Surviving are her husband, Roland Waugh of Fulton; one son, Sam (Katie) Alfano; four step-children, Michelle (Marvin) Clark, Roland (Noel) Waugh Jr., Terri (Teddy) Richardson and Lisa (Dennis) Furlong; 15 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; one sister, Dawn (Bob) Brown; as well as several nieces and nephews.
There will be no calling hours or service.
