  4. Who could forget Mrs B. ? She was one of the nicest people i’ve ever encountered, she was one of our lunch monitors for years at Volney Elementary School. She was always calm / collect. She treated all the student body / staff with dignity / respect, no matter what the scenario was. I just saw here at the beginning of October 2015. She gave me her usual smile and her kindly hello. Another good soul.Gone, but never forgotten. Thanks Mrs B. for all the wonderful memories . You will be missed .

  5. To Irene’s Family,

  6. A quote by Maya Angelou “I have learned that people will forget what you did, people will forget what you said, but they will never forget how you made them feel.”
Irene was a wonderful example of always making people feel welcome, valued, and special. We all can learn from her to make this world a better place. Ill never forget how kind she was to me growing up in the neighborhood, being included in many family activities at her home.
Memories are the legacy of God’s love. Praying her family will be comforted by friends during this sorrowful time.
