As the oldest of five girls and as a result of her mother’s illness, Louise was often called upon at an early age to do the cooking, cleaning and shopping for the family.

In the early 1950s they moved to Fulton and established Fulton TV, which later become Fulton TV & Appliance Inc.

In a time before cell phones, Louise became a licensed amateur radio operator and communicated with other radio operators from around the world.

She was happiest when she was busy and hard work was never a chore to her.

She enjoyed reading and the company of her family most of all, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Louise was predeceased by her husband, George Abraham, in 1995.
