OSWEGO, NY – Martha R. Shurr, 87, a former resident of 318 Washington Blvd., died Wednesday evening May 5, 2010, at St Luke Health Services, Inc.
Mrs. Shurr was born in Oswego and was the daughter of the late Edwin and Jessica Mentro Meyers.
She was the widow of the late Harold J. Shurr, who died in 2006.
She is survived by one daughter, Julie McLaughlin of Scriba; one son, Ronald (Linda) Shurr of Minetto; thirteen grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
Graveside committal services will be held in Rural Cemetery at a time to be announced.
Arrangements are by the Dain-Cullinan Funeral Home.
