Thomas A. (Tumbleweed) Hadlow, of Oswego, died May 26, 2010 following a battle with heart disease.

He was the son of Elmer G. and Yvonne (Champagne) Hadlow. He was born in Emporia, VA and lived several years in Southern California, returning to Central NY in 1998.

Tom was a Graphic Artist having worked in California for many years.

He was an avid motor sports fan, he loved the outdoors and camping with his family and the Southwest Desert area where he lived for many years.

Surviving are a daughter, Tammy (Mark) Howard of Oswego; three sons, Thomas C. Hadlow of TX; Todd M. Hadlow of Oswego; Tyson A. Hadlow of CA; three sisters, Jeanne (Robert) Coad, Jill (David) Sterio and Jacalyn (John) Balek, all of Oswego; his beautiful granddaughters, Terra Lee Atkinson, Amber Marie Simon, Tia-Marie Hadlow, and his great-grandson, whom he adored, Kamryn Carmelo Pritchard.

He was predeceased by his sister, Julie Ann Taormina, his niece and nephew, Nicolas and Tracy and the mother of his son Tyson, Patricia.

A Celebration of Life will be held 4:00pm. Thursday June 3, 2010 at West Linear Park, (Behind St. Lukes Apt.) Oswego with Rev. Jeffrey Knox officiating.

Nelson Funeral Home has care of arrangements.
