FULTON, NY – Alice Viscome, 85, of Fulton, passed away on Wednesday October 18, 2017, at University Hospital, Syracuse, NY.

She was born in Bombay, NY, to the late Kenneth and Elsa (Shackley) Carpenter.
Mrs. Viscome worked as a Home Health Aide and with Plainville Turkey Farm.
She was a past communicant of Holy Family Church, Fulton.
Mrs. Viscome was predeceased by her husband, Robert Viscome; grandson, Dylan Blair; siblings: Thelma Skinner, Ken Carpenter, Peter Carpenter and Betty Tabor.
She is survived by their children: Ann Marie Mahaney of Hannibal, NY, Laura Viscome and Debbie Miller Burris both of Baldwinsville, NY, Suzanne Viscome of Fulton, NY and Robert Viscome of Texas; siblings: Arnold Carpenter of Niverville, NY, and Frederick Carpenter of Lake Ronkonkoma, NY; eight grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held 9:30 a.m. Monday at the Sugar Funeral Home, Inc., with Rev. Philip Brockmyre officiating.
Burial will be held in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Fulton.
Calling hours will be conducted 2 – 4 p.m. Sunday in the Sugar Funeral Home, Inc., 224 W. Second St. S., Fulton, NY.
