OSWEGO – Donald K. “Skip” Stoutenger, 87, surrounded by his loving family on Monday February 24, 2025 Don called out “Jude, Come In Here!” and she came. She took his hand and led him to a new world to reunite with family and friends. We won’t know until we meet again, but we are imagining there were many hugs and kisses and the sounds of Frank Sinatra filled the air. Laughter, dancing and a few cocktails for sure! Dad you are missed in our world, your memories fill our hearts. Peace. Happiness & Love until we meet again.
