FULTON, NY – Hope “Hopey” St. Andrews-McCarthy, infant daughter of Jacklyn St. Andrews and Jonathan McCarthy, of Fulton died Sunday April 27, 2014, at Oswego Hospital, Oswego.
She is survived by her sister, Serenity St. Andrews-McCarthy of Fulton; maternal grandmother, Dawn St. Andrews of Fulton; paternal grandparents, Carolyn and Floyd Raff of Fulton; maternal great-grandparents, Shirley St. Andrews and Robert Smith of Fulton; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
There will be no funeral services.
Burial will be held privately.
Calling hours will be conducted 9 to 10 a.m. Monday at the Sugar Funeral Home, Inc., 224 W. Second St. S., Fulton.

It has been 3 months since this little one’s death and I would like to know what the autopsy is saying about her death. It is ridiculous they can find out quicker about important people. What about babies??
Hope is in Heaven, playing hide and go seek and tag with Johnny. She has lots of loved ones with her. They are with Jesus and one day we will see them all! I pray that the authorities find out what really happened and take action!!
