FULTON, NY – Michael L. Stewart, 55, of Fulton, died Thursday February 23, 2017, at his home after a sudden attack.
Michael was born in Syracuse, the son of the late David and Agnes Margaret (McGuane) Stewart.
Michael was a lifetime resident of Fulton.
He was employed with the Fulton City School District in the maintenance department.
He was a member of Holy Trinity Church, Fulton.
Mike was an avid Syracuse University sports fan.
He is survived by his sister, Marguerite (James) Lawless of NY; brothers, Patrick (Susan) Stewart of Illinois, Walter Stewart of Pennsylvania and Charles (Christine) Stewart of Arizona; and nieces and nephews.
A funeral mass and burial will be at a later date, to be announced.
The arrangements are in the care of the Sugar Funeral Home Inc., 224 W. Second St. S., Fulton.

Mike was probably the hardest worker I’ve ever met, very dedicated. I always enjoyed working w/ him. He will definitely be missed.
