Jack, Dave & Chip,
I am sorry to hear of the passing of your brother and uncle. My thoughts and prayers are with you at this sorrow time.
Hello. I’m Rachel Kio. My father is Alan R. Kio of Govenour, NY. His father was Gerald Kio. My uncles names (dad’s brothers) are Dave, Larry, and Jack. My deceased uncles were Ken Kio, and there was another but I cannot remember his name. I’ve been searching for the heritage of our last name Kio. I noticed there’s other Jacks, Kens, and Daves and I believe we must all be related. Does anyone know the people I just mentioned? I live in Ogdensburg, NY and I believe Jack lives in Rensselear Falls. Dave and Larry live right around the corner from me and my dad lives just outside of Ogd. If anyone knows my immediate family or can tell me anything at all that could help me please email at [email protected]
Thank you to the Kio family for the sacrifices they have made to keep our country safe and free. It would be appropriate for Mr. Kio’s “bio” to have been included in the obituary announcement. As many of his generation, though, he served his Country as a matter of pride, not expecting public attention for what he saw as his duty. SB
I simply want to say..thank-you for your attendance and your prayers.
