On 8/27/16 at 7:55 p.m., David Leigh MacDougall, 28, of 113 Myers Road, Oswego, was charged with AUO, 2nd degree and Operating a MV w/o Inspection Certificate following a traffic stop on SR 481 in the city of Oswego reportedly initiated during a DWI Crackdown.
Mr. MacDougall is scheduled to appear in the City of Oswego Court on 9/22/16.
On 8/31/16 at 11:54 a.m., Jeffrey A. LaPage, 27, of 2727 SR 104, Mexico, was arrested for 3 counts of Sexual Abuse, 1st degree, a class D felony and Endangering the Welfare of a Child, a class A misdemeanor stemming from an investigation into an incident that occurred on 8/1/16 at a town of Mexico residence where he allegedly engaged in sexual contact with the victim being less than 13 years of age.
Mr. LaPage was arraigned by Hon. Judge Adkins in the Town of Scriba Court and remanded to the OCJ in lieu of $15,000 cash or $30,000 bond with a return to T/O Mexico Court on 9/13/16.
On 9/1/16 at 1:15 a.m., Vladimir G. Trucios, 22, of 205 Frederick St., East Syracuse, was charged with AUO, 3rd degree; Unlawful Possession of Marihuana and Speeding following a traffic stop on SR 481 in the town of Volney.
Mr. Trucios is scheduled to answer the charges on 9/12/16 in the Town of Volney Court.
