On 6/22/08 at 1:20 a.m., Kelly A. Billion, 39, of 2664 CR 45, Fulton, NY was arrested for Disorderly Conduct, a violation after an incident in which she was the passenger in a vehicle operated by an individual arrested for DWI. After the individual was arrested, Ms. Billion reportedly attempted to argue with patrol about the arrest and refused to get back in her vehicle, creating a road hazard. She was released on an appearance ticket for Volney Town Court on 6/30/08.
On 6/22/08 at 11:24 a.m., Thomas M. Simmons, 26, of PO Box 256, Hannibal, NY was a operating a 1998 Chevrolet on Mill St. in the Town of Hannibal, when as his vehicle was attempting to make a left hand turn onto Oswego St., it collided with a 1996 Mitsubishi driven by Robert F. Vivlamore, 39, of 37 Peat Bed Rd., Hannibal, NY. Speed seems to have been a contributing factor. Mr. Simmons was ticketed for Failure to Yield the Right of Way at a Stop Sign and Mr. Vivlamore was ticketed for Speed Not Reasonable.
On 6/25/08, David E. Bristol, 23, of 94 CR 63 Apt. #Lot 1, Oswego, NY was arrested at 1:15 p.m. for violating Corrections Law by Failing to Register New Address Within 10 Days and Failure to Personally Verify Every 90 Days under the Sex Offender Registry, both class E felonies. Mr. Bristol was arraigned before Town of Scriba Court and remanded to the Oswego County Correctional Facility on $500.00 cash or $1000.00 bail bond. He will return to court at a later date.
On 6/25/08, Jason J. Hoey, 36, of 340 Montgomery St. Bldg # YMCA Apt # 520, Syracuse, NY was arrested at 9:06 p.m. for Burglary, 2nd, a felony and Petit Larceny, a class A misdemeanor after the investigation into a burglary complaint made by a Town of West Monroe residence in which jewelry and coins were taken. Mr. Hoey was arraigned before Judge Demong and remanded to the Oswego County correctional Facility without bail. He is due to return to court on 7/7/08.
On 6/25/08 at 3:00 p.m., Joshua A. Castiglia, 20, of North Fourth Street Bldg# 55 Apt. # Lower, Fulton, NY was arrested for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle ( 2 scoffs), a misdemeanor and Operating an Unregistered Vehicle after the investigation into a possible burglary in progress which proved to be unfounded. Mr. Castiglia was issued UTT’s, returnable to the Town of Volney Court on 7/14/08.
