Miller, 27, of 16 East 6th Street Apt. #1, Oswego , NY was arrested for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle, 3rd degree, a misdemeanor and Inadequate Brake Lights after a traffic stop on SR 481 near the intersection with Churchill Rd. in the Town of Scriba. Mr. Miller was issued UTT’s, returnable to the Town of Scriba Court on 5/29/08.
