On 6/13/08 at 10:33 a.m., Jane E. Ravenel, 37, of 49 Baratier Road, Hastings, NY, was issued a Criminal Summons issued by the Hon. Michael Clark, Town of Hastings Court charging her with Harassment, Second Degree, a violation. Ms. Ravenel is scheduled to answer the charge before Town of Hastings Court on 6/18/08. The charge stems from an investigation into a domestic incident that occurred at her residence on 5/14/08 during which she allegedly slapped a male victim in the face.On 6/13/08, Roger N. Wardhaugh, 41, of 211 S. Second St., Fulton, NY, was arrested at his residence at 10:50 a.m. based on a Family Court Warrant issued by the Hon. David J. Roman, Oswego County Family Court, charging him with violating Article IV of the Family Court Act (failure to pay support). Mr. Wardhaugh was arraigned before Judge Roman and remanded to the Oswego County Correctional Facility in lieu of $250 cash bail or $500 bail bond. He is scheduled to return to court on 6/27/08 to answer the charge.

On 6/14/08 at 3:10 a.m., Linda L. Sperati, 46, of 146 W. Bridge St., Oswego, NY, was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated, Driving With .08 of One Percent or More of Alcohol, and Failed to Keep Right, following a traffic stop on SR 104 in the Town of Scriba after she was observed driving over the center line. Ms. Sperati was issued tickets returnable to Town of Scriba Court on 6/26/08 and released to a third party.

On 6/14/08, David S. Rowe, 25, of 6890 CR 10, Pennellville, NY, was operating a 2006 Kawasaki motorcycle northbound on CR 10 in the Town of Schroeppel at 2:07 p.m. reportedly at a high rate of speed when he failed to negotiate a curve 2/10 of a mile north of Evans Road and went off the west side of CR 10. The bike went down a ditch embankment and slid onto its left side, striking a driveway culvert and ejectrf both operator and passenger. The bike reportedly flipped over the driveway with the riders coming to rest on the lawn at 931 CR 10, Pennellville on the north side of the driveway. Damage to the lawn and ditch area was noted. Mr. Rowe and passenger, Amanda L. Kingsley, 22, were both transported by ambulance to University Hospital in Syracuse. Unsafe speed and failure to keep right appear to have been contributing factors in the incident. Mr. Rowe was ticketed for Unlicensed Operator, Speed Not Reasonable and Prudent, Speed Over the State Speed Limit of 55, Failed to Reduce Speed at an Intersection, Speeding in Zone, Reckless Driving, Failed to Keep Right, Drove to Left on Curve, and Drove to Left in No Passing Zone.

On 6/15/08 at 12:01 p.m., Adam R. Wise, 28, of 1815 Olmstead Rd., Apt. 218D, Watertown, NY, was arrested for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation, Third Degree (license revoked out of California and expired on 10/31/06), and Illegal U-Turn, following a traffic stop on I-81 northbound. Mr. Wise was issued tickets before being released to a third party. He is scheduled to answer the charges before Town of Sandy Creek Court on 6/26/08.

On 6/15/08, Eric M. Hilton, 27, of 135 Albright Road, Mexico, NY, was arrested for Menacing, Second Degree, a class A misdemeanor, after he was accused of threatening a female victim with a spaded shovel causing her to fear for physical injury. Mr. Hilton was released on an appearance ticket and is scheduled to answer the charge before Town of New Haven Court on 7/03/08.

On 6/15/08, William B. Woodworth, 23, of 91 Harvest Drive, Oswego, NY, was operating a 1995 Dodge northbound on CR 51A in the Town of Scriba at 9:27 p.m. when he lost control of his vehicle and struck a guide rail while attempting to make a left hand turn onto CR 29. He had reportedly swerved to avoid an oncoming motorcycle. Further investigation found Mr. Woodworth to be under the influence of alcohol. He was subsequently charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Driving with .08 of One Percent or More of Alcohol, in addition to Crossed Hazardous Road Markings. Mr. Woodworth was released on tickets returnable to Town of Scriba Court at a later date.
