On 6/7/08 at 2:33 p.m. Deidra A. Miller, 45, of 132 E. 10th St., Oswego, NY was operating a 2008 Chevy traveling west on CR 1 in the Town of Scriba when Namel K. Cooper, 30, of 28 Maiden Lane, Oswego, NY operating a 1998 Mazda started into traffic from a driveway and the vehicles collided causing Ms. Miller’s vehicle to leave the roadway. Mr. Cooper was issued tickets for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle, 3rd; Leaving the Scene of a Property Damage Accident and Failure to Yield the Right of Way Entering Another Road.On 6/17/08, Dwayne M. Arnold, 34, of 147 Pople Ridge Rd., Mexico, NY was arrested at 4:46 p.m. for Harassment 2nd after the investigation into a harassment complaint from a Town of Scriba residence, in which he allegedly punched the individual in the face. Mr. Arnold was issued a criminal summons to appear before the Town of Scriba Court on 7/10/08.
On 6/17/08, Gerald D. Oderkirk, 27, of 6223 US Rt. 11, Sandy Creek, NY was arrested at 3:23 p.m. on a Family Court Warrant out of Oswego County, charging him with violating Article IV of the Family Court Act (failure to pay child support). Mr. Oderkirk was arraigned in the T/O Sandy Creek Court and then remanded to the Oswego County Correctional Facility in lieu of $1000.00 cash or $2000.00 bail bond. He is due in Oswego County Family Court on 6/18/08.
On 6/17/08 at 8:55 p.m., Douglas J. Paro, 33, of 209 Pathfinder Courts, Fulton, NY was arrested for Criminal Contempt 2nd after the investigation into an incident in which he made contact with an individual of which has an order of protection against him. Mr. Paro was arraigned in the T/O Hannibal Court, due to return at a later date.
On 6/17/08 at 11:52 p.m., Nathan G. Ralston, 21, of 6050 S. Main St. Apt #3, Sandy Creek, NY was arrested for DWI; Operating MV with BAC of .08 of 1%; Operating an Unregistered Vehicle; Operating MV w/o Insurance; Operator Leaving the Scene of a Property Damage Accident; Improper Plates and No License after the investigation into a domestic disturbance at a V/O Sandy Creek residence. Mr. Ralston was released on UTT’s, returnable to the T/O Sandy Creek Court on 7/10/08.
