On 6/18/08 at 8:00 p.m., Kyle R. Johnson, 19, of 127 SR 49, Cleveland, NY was arrested on a bench warrant issued by Oswego County Court charging him with Burglary, 3rd; Criminal Mischief, 4th and Petit Larceny. Mr. Johnson was transported to the Oswego County Correctional Facility with no bail. He is due in Oswego County Court on 6/19/08 to answer to the charges.On 6/18/08 at 4:33 p.m., Patricia A. Davis, 42, of 21 SR 48, Phoenix, NY was operating a 1996 Pontiac on SR 48, 2/10 of a mile north of County Line Rd., in the Town of Granby when she stopped to make a left hand turn, a 2006 Hyundai driven by Harnet M. Comstock, 78, of 11310 Virginia Dr., Bonita Springs, FL stopped behind Ms. Davis’s vehicle but was then rear ended by a 2001 Ford operated by Joseph P. Reidy Jr., 51, of 704 Maple Ave., Fulton, NY of which could not stop in time pushing Mr. Comstock’s vehicle into Ms. Davis’s. Ms. Davis was taken by ambulance to A.L. Lee Memorial Hospital in Fulton. Unsafe speed seems to have been a contributing factor. Mr. Reidy was ticketed for Speed Not Reasonable and Imprudent.
