On 6/18/08 at 2:14 p.m., Gay R. Keogh, 61, of 6919 Williams St., Croghan, NY was operating a 2003 Honda on CR 28 in the Town of Richland heading westbound when the vehicle reportedly drove pass the stop sign at the intersection with SR 11 and collided with a 1991 Toyota driven by Robert McDonnell Jr., 58, of 348 N. Edwards St., Syracuse, NY. Driver inattention seems to have been a contributing factor. Ms. Keogh was ticketed for Failure to Stop for a Stop Sign.On 6/19/08 at 12:17 p.m., Michelle L. House, 40, of 3553 Bleachery Ave. Lot 50, Chadwicks, NY was arrested at the Oneida County Jail on a bench warrant issued by Judge Roman charging her with violating Article IV of the Family Court Act (failure to pay child support). Ms. House was transported to Oswego County Family Court and then remanded to the Oswego County Correctional Facility to serve a sentence of six months.
On 6/19/08, Damion M. White, 27, of Country Lane Bldg# 40, Hannibal, NY was arrested 11:30 p.m. for Grand Larceny, 3rd and Grand Larceny 4th, both felonies, after the investigation into the complaint of an unauthorized use of property where he allegedly took an individual’s vehicle and purse without authorization while the individual slept. Mr. White was located in Syracuse and then turned over to the Oswego County Sheriff’s Dept. He was then arraigned in the Town of Hannibal Court and remanded to the Oswego County Correctional Facility in lieu of $2000.00 cash or $5000.00 bond. He is scheduled to appear in Hannibal Town Court on 6/24/08.
On 6/19/08 at 10:21 p.m., Daryll A. Bunch, 18, of 1370 CR 53, Oswego, NY was arrested for Burglary 2nd and Grand Larceny 4th, both felonies, Criminal Possession of Marihuana and Criminal possession of Stolen Property after the investigation into a burglary complaint made by a Town of Scriba resident in which he allegedly broke into the residence and stole jewelry. Mr. bunch was arraigned in the Town of Scriba Court and remanded to the Oswego County Correctional Facility in lieu of $2500.00 cash or 45000.00 bond. He is scheduled to appear in Scriba Town Court on 6/26/08.
On 6/20/08, Jody L. Wilcox, 36, of 211 Bateman Rd., Fulton, NY was arrested at 6:43 a.m. on a Family Court warrant issued by Judge Metcalf charging him with violating Article IV of the Family Court Act (failure to pay child support). Mr. Wilcox was arraigned in front of Judge Kerfien in Volney Town Court and remanded to the Oswego County Correctional Facility in lieu of $2500.00 cash or $5000.00 bond. He is scheduled to appear in Oswego Family Court on 6/20/08.
On 6/18/08 at 12:25 p.m., Kaylee L. Relyea, 22; Karen S. Relyea, 23, and Andrew L. Anderson, 25, all of 861 CR 45, Palermo, NY were arrested for Act in Manner of Injuring a Child less than 17 years of age after the investigation into harassment in progress complaint in which the three involved individuals were verbally arguing amongst each other and then it turned physical. Ms. Kaylee Relyea was ROR’d and is scheduled to appear in Palermo Town Court on 6/23/08. Ms. Karen Relyea was remanded to the Oswego County Correctional Facility in lieu of $1000.00 cash/bond with a court date of 6/23/08. Mr. Anderson was remanded to the Oswego County Correctional Facility in lieu of $1000.00 cash or $2000.00 bond scheduled to appear in Palermo Town Court on 9/1/08.
