The sounds of the holiday season will once again be heard at 7 p.m. Dec. 14 at the annual Fulton Community Band Christmas Concert in the G. Ray Bodley High School auditorium. The concert is free and FMA is providing free bus transportation to and from the concert for residents of Towpath Towers and Fulton Mill Apartments.
Sharlotte Russell, Carrie Hutchins, and Lora Wehrmann have all earned promotions at Eastern Shore Associates Insurance, it was announced by Martha Murray, president. “Each of these employees has worked hard to earn these promotions and each is a credit to our team, “ Murray said.

Father Moritz Fuchs, retired Catholic priest and native of Fulton, was interviewed on WSYR Channel 9’s “Bridge Street” show on Veterans’ Day to share his experiences as a Army veteran of World War II and his role as the sole bodyguard for Robert H. Jackson, chief prosecutor at the Nuremberg trials and U.S. Associate Supreme Court Justice.

The Fulton Lions Club has announced that they will be hosting their ninth annual chicken BBQ Feb. 8, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Fulton Polish Home to benefit the club’s Mary and Harold H. Dowd Memorial Scholarship.
The U.S. Army’s 10th Mountain Division Band from Fort Drum and the Fulton Community Band will perform a free concert in honor of Veterans Day, on Nov. 15, sponsored by the Fulton Music Association. The concert is scheduled to begin at 7 p.m. at the G. Ray Bodley High School auditorium.
Fulton Lions Past President Frank Badagnani and his wife, Fran, visited the Oct. 16 club meeting to share photos and stories about their recent adventure at Makutsi Safari Springs Game Reserve in South Africa. Makutsi is a privately owned game reserve in South Africa close to both the Kruger National Park and the Hoedspruit Airport, Frank Badagnani explained.
