There is new kid on the block in Fulton – literally. Gifts and Gardens, an eclectic collection of one-of-a-kind gifts and decor, opened Sept. 6 at 109 W. Broadway.
Wednesday was rain-free. Today is a different story.
Those isolated showers isolated someplace else yesterday. Will we be as lucky today? Wait and see.
The weekend was dry. But thunderstorms loom later today.
We got some rain yesterday and it looks like we might be in for some more today.

As part of the Child Advocacy Center’s “Go Blue! for Kids” Campaign community members are invited to attend the CAC’s eighth annual Blue Ribbon Ride Against Child Abuse post-ride picnic.
We almost escaped without any rain at all. Things are looking pretty good for the long weekend.
On Wednesday, at approximately 6:09 a.m., the Oswego City Police Department Anti Crime Team, with the assistance of agents from the United States Border Patrol, executed a narcotics related search warrant at the residence of a Scriba man. On Aug. 29, they arrested a Fulton man on drug charges as well.
