Engel Case Marks First Charge Under ‘Stephanie’s Law’ In Oswego County
Local Woman Accused of Rape
An 18-year-old Fulton woman has admitted to having sexual intercourse with a 13-year-old boy in his home last month. Now, Tabitha A. Regan of 1100 Emery St., Apt. B-4, is facing charges of second-degree rape and endangering the welfare of a child.
Fulton Man Used Hidden Surveillance To Record Teens Undressing
Fulton police say 40-year-old Michael Engel of Fulton installed a surveillance camera inside a bathroom exhaust vent to record several young women, primarily in their teens, in various stages of undress without their knowledge or consent. Engel has been charged with nine separate crimes, which include endangering the welfare of a child and forcible touching. Police say more charges are expected as the investigation continues with the help of the Oswego County Sheriff’s Office and the FBI.
Fulton Man Accused of Voyeurism, Endangerment, Forcible Touching
A Fulton man is facing a list of charges in connection with allegations that he videotaped several unsuspecting victims using a camera that was hidden in his bathroom. The same man is accused of forcibly touching a teenaged victim and making her pose for nude photographs, as well as take nude photographs of him.
