New York State Industries for the Disabled Honors Oswego Industries, Inc.’s Custodial Worker for Outstanding Performance
In a ceremony in Albany on September 21, New York State Industries for the Disabled (NYSID) awarded the 2009 William B. Joslin Outstanding Performance Award to Mike Miles, a Syracuse resident who works in the Custodial division at Oswego Industries, Inc
Oswego Industries, Inc. is currently piloting a program that incorporates physical exercise into the daily routines of its Production supervisors and employees. Called “The Seventh Inning Stretch,†the program was developed by Oswego Industries’ Physical Therapist, Laurie Mills, and will be conducted twice daily on the work lines at the organization’s Fulton locations.
At the big event, Roy joined hundreds of other race fans, looking at the cars on display and the racing memorabilia. The day was made perfect by receiving an autograph from Andretti and a photo of Mario, Roy, and Jim together.
