On Saturday, November 15th, Oswego County Legislators Paul Santore, from the 16th District, and Mary Flett, from the 17th District, proclaimed the month of November “Home 4 the Holidays” Month in Oswego County at the Humane Society’s Holiday Adoption Celebration and Open House.
